2. Fees/Termination:
widowsorwidowers.com's usage and/or subscription fees were provided to you upon registration and may change from time to time upon electronic notice to you. widowsorwidowers.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the site for any reason or no reason. widowsorwidowers.com may terminate your membership upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. If widowsorwidowers.com terminates your membership in the widowsorwidowers.com service because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees. 3. Anti-Spam and Anti-Abusive Behaviour Policy; Non-Commercial Use by Members/Visitors

Such behaviour could include automatically sending scripted text (and website URL) disguised as "chat" or conversation into any widowsorwidowers.com chatroom; sending or otherwise engaging in fraudulent, deceptive and unwanted conduct.
